With the fast evolution of AI, we also see growing concern of using AI in some business use cases. Today’s data comes from Forbes Advisor. It shows people’s attitude towards seven different AI use cases.

To better compare the distribution of seniment (concerned vs. unconcerned vs. neither), I made a bar plot with three columns, and sorted the chart by the concerned %.

Insights

• Among all the 7 use cases, there are at least half of the respondents expressed concern of using AI;
• Comparing the use cases, people are less worries about using AI in movie, TV or music recommendations, potentially because those use cases actually improve user experiences; However, 70% of the respondents expressed concern of using AI in product descriptions, in which case people generally value accuracy over creativity.
