Most Posted Jobs in the US

This week, the dataset I visualize is about the most posted jobs in the US, published by Lightcast. It has the top 3 needed jobs by state.

My visualization is a hexmap with a parameter to switch among the top 1st, 2nd, and 3rd most posted jobs.

Registered nurse is the most posted job in 49 of the 50 states in 2025;
The 2nd most posted jobs in each state have more variety – the most common one is retail sales assotiate, followed by tractor-trailer truck driver.
